{"id":8181,"date":"2019-06-16T13:29:55","date_gmt":"2019-06-16T13:29:55","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/raada.org.af\/?page_id=8181"},"modified":"2020-04-07T08:55:31","modified_gmt":"2020-04-07T08:55:31","slug":"twinning-program","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/raada.org.af\/?page_id=8181","title":{"rendered":"Twinning program"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b><strong>RAADA is Member of The ACBAR Twinning Program<\/strong><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The ACBAR Twinning Program commenced in 2015 to address the lack of capacity of National NGO (NNGOs) providing humanitarian aid and lack of representation in the Common Humanitarian Fund (CHF).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The Twinning Program aims to address this bypairing NNGOs with INGOs that provide mentoring and guidance to their Afghan counterpart on institutional management, humanitarian practices, and strategy. \u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">In 2015 ACBAR identified, through a comprehensive mapping of humanitarian NNGOs in Afghanistan, humanitarian NNGOs who qualified for the program.
