The project, House Lighting, was implemented for 120 Households by Rehabilitation Association and Agriculture Development for Afghanistan (RAADA) and funded by CA to provide electricity for lighting the houses and charging the mobile sets. This project was implemented in 5villages of Kohsan district, Herat of Province in 2010
